Orders
- Sending the order form is a request, not a confirmed order. Your order is confirmed only after we reply and agree on the details with you.
- Prices shown on the website marked "from" are starting prices. Final pricing depends on size, flavor, design and quantity, and is confirmed with you before your order is final.
- Availability, your 50% deposit, and pickup or delivery arrangements are confirmed with you directly for each order.
- Everything is made to order, so please contact us as early as you can for your date.
Custom designs
Photos on this website are examples of our work. Every order is made by hand, so your treat will be similar to, but not an exact copy of, any photo. Colors can vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
Allergens
Our treats may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), soy, peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of any allergen. If you or anyone eating your order has an allergy or dietary need, tell us before you order so we can let you know what we can and cannot do.
Storage and freshness
Many of our treats are perishable, especially items with fresh fruit, cream or buttercream. Follow the storage guidance we give you at pickup or delivery, keep items cool, and enjoy them promptly.
